3CLogic has reached a significant milestone by becoming the first and only AI-powered Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider to achieve Advanced Platform status within ServiceNow’s Build Partner Program. This prestigious recognition highlights 3CLogic’s top position among ServiceNow contact center providers. It demonstrates their dedication to providing CCaaS and AI solutions that are native to ServiceNow for customer, IT, and employee processes.
