vHive, a leading provider of digital twin software, unveils its latest product for autonomous solar farm digitization and AI analysis. This innovative solution provides a comprehensive view of power anomalies, root causes, and their impact on power loss. Solar power producers and O&M service teams can now prioritize and expedite repairs, ensuring peak production performance. The system’s Auto-Discovery™ and multi-drone technology ensure efficient data capture through a fully autonomous process, enabling frequent in-house inspections and early issue resolution.

The new product significantly reduces field inspection time with its multi-drone technology, operating in parallel to capture high-quality data. By measuring entire solar fields under similar sunlight conditions, it enhances data accuracy and speeds up insights. The Digital Twin platform, powered by advanced AI analytics, offers detailed inspection tools. These tools allow maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and optimize maintenance cycles. This platform supports various asset types, including wind turbines and solar inspections, providing a unified management solution for renewable energy resources.

Tomer Daniel, Co-founder and CTO of vHive, highlights the solution’s benefits- “Solar farm owners often experience significant losses due to the limitations of manual or annual drone inspections. Our solution offers the most efficient way to perform frequent inspections, providing immediate insights into detected issues and their impact on overall performance, vHive resolves the dependency on third parties to inspect assets, by simplifying the inspection process, enabling our customers to uncover new revenue opportunities, reduce operational costs, and enhance employee safety.”

vHive’s solution streamlines operations and maximizes performance across wind and solar portfolios, offering a single source of truth for asset management.
