ClearDATA is pleased to announce that none of its customers experienced any disruptions through its own cloud architecture outage. However, they are still actively supporting a small number of customers who integrate CrowdStrike within their cloud ecosystems.
“Upon learning of the outage, we immediately established a dedicated service desk. Customer support representatives are in ongoing communication with each affected customer to provide continuous assistance and mitigate any impact,” says the company’s spokesperson.
