The movement toward more inclusive and equitable workplaces gather fresh momentum as India’s Diversity Job Fair 2025 & The DEI Conference 2025 – by Vividhataa, is all set to bring together employers, changemakers, and diverse talent under one roof to transform DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) conversations into tangible action.
The event is scheduled for November 28, 2025, at Four Points Sheraton, Pune. It will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join in-person or online.
Since 2020, Vividhataa has been leading India’s DEI movement, creating opportunities for women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, persons with disabilities, veterans, and socio-economically marginalized groups. Over the years, India’s Diversity Job Fair & The DEI Conference has become a platform where stories of strength, acceptance, and opportunity come together to redefine what inclusive employment truly means.
What to Expect at India’s Diversity Job Fair & The DEI Conference 2025
This year’s edition brings together an inspiring mix of CXOs, HR, TA, L&D, D&I Professionals, Leaders, Experts, Activists, Civil Society members, Inclusion Advocates, and Students committed to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and advocates working to build workplaces rooted in equity, belonging, and respect. Ms. Manmeet Kaur Nanda, IAS (She/Her), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, will grace the event as Guest of Honour, encouraging employers to build truly inclusive workplaces.
The event will open with the Founder’s Address by Ratnaprabha Sable, the driving force behind Vividhataa, followed by a keynote address by Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil, the world’s first openly gay prince and a globally respected human rights activist whose journey continues to inspire progress toward equality.
The agenda is packed with thought-provoking discussions and experiential sessions designed to spark reflection and action. One of the most anticipated sessions, “The Snakes and Ladders of Inclusion in India,” will take participants on an interactive journey through the challenges and breakthroughs of inclusive growth, facilitated by educators and social impact advocates Rushal Anand Heena and Nishchay Sakshat Sadhana. Another highlight is the Indian Sign Language workshop, where attendees will get to learn basic sign communication in a fun, inclusive way.

The conference will also feature a diverse set of panel discussions exploring critical DEI issues. Sessions will include “Veterans in the Workforce: Building Truly Inclusive Workplaces” by Lt. Colonel Mayur Ambastha, highlighting how organizations can tap into the experience and leadership of veterans; and “A Master Class on Inclusion through Accessibility” by Gauri Gupta, focusing on creating accessible environments that empower all. Panels such as “Power, Policy, and Pehchaan: Rethinking LGBTQIA+ Representation” and “Women: What Affects Women, PwD, and Trans People at Work – Stigma, Stereotype, Socio-economic Status or Just ‘Merit’!?” will unpack intersectional workplace challenges and biases. The session “Inclusion in Action: Stories from the Field, the Office, and the Track” will further spotlight real-world examples of inclusion, innovation, and resilience from across sectors, offering actionable insights for building equitable workplaces.
India’s Diversity Job Fair will bring together inclusive employers and purpose-driven talent under one roof. Among the participating organizations are bp India and Godrej Properties Limited, who will be engaging with candidates and showcasing their commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Adding a creative touch, the conference will feature a special poetry performance by The Reserved Compartment, an anti-caste poetry collective, and an uplifting musical performance by Mayuri Atre, an Indian classical vocalist celebrating the spirit of resilience and diversity through her art.
