Spring had barely ended when Cloudforce, a leader in cloud and generative AI solutions, celebrated three major wins. The Maryland-based tech company, recognized for its remarkable growth and innovative company culture, clinched Microsoft’s Supplier Prestige Award for Commitment to Community in February. Surpassing over 58,000 global competitors, Cloudforce’s winning streak for 2024 had just begun. For the third year running, Cloudforce was included in the Inc.Regionals list of fastest-growing companies in the Mid-Atlantic, jumping to #88 from #124. It stood out as the sole technology company honored in Prince George’s County, MD.
“Like a gigantic accelerating flywheel, we continue to build unstoppable momentum,” said Cloudforce Founder and CEO Husein Sharaf. “And now with the arrival of GenAI, we have even more ways to build transformational solutions for our growing customer base.”
Cloudforce also earned recognition as a 2024 Inc. Best Workplace, having been listed for three years. This accolade is based on rigorous, anonymous employee surveys covering leadership, culture, benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion. In addition, Cloudforce placed fifth in the Large-Sized Company category and was recognized for the third time as a Washington Business Journal Best Place to Work.
Survey results led to significant improvements at Cloudforce, including upgraded health plans and expanded manager training. Key findings from national surveys showed that Best Workplaces prioritize employee engagement and performance. They invest in a positive culture with flexible hours and paid parental leave. Mental health support is also a priority, with many companies offering access to counselors and personal days. Cloudforce provides up to eight hours of paid study time for certifications.
“At the end of the day, what’s most gratifying as an employer is meeting professionals where they are and engaging them to come, grow, develop, then watch them create their own legacy,” said Sharaf. “In tech, we’re all basically creators, and it means a lot to stick around and watch your work take root. I want to do all I can to let that happen.”
