YGB is announcing its humanitarian Namaste Award 2024 for Belinda Carlisle to acknowledge her most inspiring dedication for animal rights in Asia as an activist and co-founder at “Animal People Alliance.” Belinda continues to support for YGB’s mission as Advisor to empower underserved women and children in India, including a gift of “Sat Siri” music video, produced by Donna De Lory.
In this celebration special ZOOM session, we will learn Belinda’s mission and vision for People Animal Alliance. YGB Ambassadors Kathleen Kastner, Jocelyn Solomon and Kia Miller will join the dialogue to learn Belinda’s journey with yoga in her life.
YGB has presented this Namaste Award 2021 to Dr Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Laureate last year (Press release is here) for his revolutionary Micro-financing to empower underserved women around the world. Past recipients include David Lynch, Alanis Morrissette, The Pad Project, Jack Kornfield & Trudy Goodman and Cristy Turlington.
